Student Projects

As part of their recent participation in the Bioethics Program at The Rivers School under the mentorship of CEC members Julian Willard, Carol Powers, and Paul McLean, these seniors selected and researched topics in contemporary bioethics that appealed to their interests. The students also attended and participated in multiple CEC meetings over the course of their program and presented their conclusions to both the CEC and The Rivers School community. We hope you find their work as thought provoking as we all did!

Aliza Bloostein: Patient Non-Compliance

Michelle Ryder: Germline Editing

Emma Chowdhury: Abortion Based on Prenatal Diagnosis of DS

Julia Slayne: "Designer Babies"

  2. All in all, what is specialized curriculum? What's more, what makes it so exceptional but so mind boggling and questionable here and there? All things considered, custom curriculum, HOSPITALITY MUT as its name recommends, is a particular part of education.
